Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used supplements, vitamins, or healthcare products.

Time Frame

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (for defective or incorrect products), we will arrange to send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
